Smilegate posted Lost Ark 2026 Roadmap Part 4 on September 16, 2026, and it is the cleanest look we have at the rest of the year. October brings a brand-new 8-player raid and a whole gear slot. November stacks Kazeros Act 3 Extreme with a long multi-boss learning event. December closes the Kazeros storyline on Extreme and drops a winter skin. Secondary roundups from MMORPG.com track the same beats without inventing numbers Smilegate did not publish.
This guide is the roster planner for the quarter: what to gear for, which characters should sit on which ladder, and how Belgardin Bracers and Vestiges of the End fit next to Extreme farming. If you already cleared into Act 3 Extreme territory earlier this season, treat October as a gear-and-roster reset window before November's hardest content.
What Part 4 actually changes for your roster
Roadmap Part 4 is not a patch note dump. It is a three-month schedule with entrance requirements, reward loops, and one brand-new equipment type. The useful split for most players is:
- October: learn Belgardin, unlock Bracers, run the Conquer event while the fight is fresh.
- November: push Act 3 Extreme if you can; otherwise live inside Vestiges of the End for gems, engraving recipes, and clear rewards without enrage pressure.
- December: finish the Kazeros Extreme ladder with Denouement Extreme and pick up the winter skin.
October: Belgardin Prelude, the raid, and Bracers
Belgardin Prelude
October opens with the Belgardin Prelude. Smilegate frames it as the road into the Sanctuary of Holy Rest before the Arbiter of Death opens the gates. Treat it like every other raid prelude in Lost Ark: story beats, setup quests, and a soft gear check so your roster is not walking into Gate 1 cold. If you have alts that sit a few item levels under the Normal threshold, the prelude week is when you decide who gets gold and who sits out.
Belgardin raid overview
Belgardin is a new 8-player endgame raid across two gates, set in the Sanctuary of Holy Rest. Lore-wise he was a holy man who turned to forbidden arts and now stands as the Arbiter of Death. Practically, he is the October progression target and the source of the new Bracer loop.
Entrance requirements per difficulty:
- Normal: Item Level 1750 or higher
- Hard: Item Level 1770 or higher
- Nightmare: Item Level 1780 or higher
Belgardin's matching mode is a later addition and will be covered after that update lands. Plan clears with a static or PF until Smilegate says otherwise.
Bracer equipment: the new slot
Bracers are a new equipment type. You acquire upgrade materials by completing Belgardin. Clearing the raid awards an Epic-grade Bracer, and you spend raid mats to upgrade Bracers to higher grades and unlock honing limits:
- Belgardin Normal: Specter's Shadow
- Belgardin Hard / Nightmare: Hand of Death
Do not invent honing percentages Smilegate has not published. Part 4 confirms the drop, the two mat names, and that upgrades unlock higher grades and honing limits. Exact success rates and gold costs will land with the actual patch notes closer to release.
Neria's Wardrobe resale
October also brings a Neria's Wardrobe resale: a rotating selection of past cosmetics returns for a limited time. If you skipped a skin earlier in 2026, this is the second-chance window. It is optional fluff next to Belgardin, but it is useful if you are sitting on bound crystals and still missing a look from earlier seasons.
Belgardin Conquer event
The Belgardin Conquer event tracks missions across Belgardin difficulties. Clear the missions for each difficulty for a variety of rewards. Completing all of the Nightmare missions unlocks special rewards. There are also bonus rewards for completing certain achievements.
Practical takeaway:
- Treat Normal Conquer as the onboarding track while you learn gates.
- Hard Conquer is the weekly middle tier for gold characters.
- Nightmare Conquer is the prestige track. If special rewards are locked behind full Nightmare completion, that is your October stretch goal, not a week-one expectation for every alt.
November: Kazeros Act 3 Extreme and Vestiges of the End
Kazeros Act 3 Extreme
November continues the Extreme raid series with Kazeros Raid Act 3 at its most demanding. Smilegate calls it the ultimate test of the Act 3 encounter for rosters ready to prove themselves. More details will be shared closer to release. That means we know the difficulty tier and the month, not the full reward table or exact weekly structure yet.
If you already farm Act 3 on Hard, November Extreme is the natural next ladder. If you are still learning Act 3 Normal or Hard, use October Belgardin and November's Vestiges event as parallel progression instead of forcing Extreme on an undergeared roster.
Vestiges of the End: eight weeks, no enrage
Vestiges of the End is the big accessibility piece of the quarter. It is a limited-time multi-boss raid event running over eight weeks. Design goals from the official notes:
- No enrage timers
- Unlimited respawns
- Focus on learning each encounter at your own pace
- Bosses unlock one at a time over the first six weeks
- Weeks seven and eight are a catch-up window for anything you missed
- Normal: Item Level 1730 or higher
- Hard: Item Level 1770 or higher
- Clear rewards are earned per character. Clearing Hard automatically completes Normal as well, so you receive both sets of clear rewards.
- Challenge Missions are roster-wide and only need to be completed once. There are 18 in total, three per boss. They reward items such as Gems and Engraving Recipes. Completing a mission on Hard also counts toward the matching Normal mission. Smilegate recommends running them on whichever character you are most comfortable with.
Optional paid packages are available per account for players who want additional rewards. They contain tiered boxes that unlock as you progress through the event weeks, and the boxes are roster-bound so you can move them to whichever character needs growth materials most. They are optional. The free event loop already covers clear rewards and Challenge Missions.
Extreme Event Shop
An event shop opens alongside the Extreme content so you can exchange event tokens for rewards while you take on the month's toughest challenges. Expect the usual Extreme token sink pattern: cosmetics, growth mats, and quality-of-life items tied to participation rather than a single clear. Exact shop inventory will land with November patch notes.
December: Denouement Extreme and the winter skin
December closes the year with two confirmed beats:
- Kazeros Raid Denouement: Extreme returns at Extreme difficulty to cap the year's raid progression and bring the Kazeros storyline's final act to its most punishing form.
- A 2026 winter skin arrives for seasonal cosmetics.
Recommended roster plan for Oct–Dec
Use this as a simple ladder, not a mandatory checklist:
- Identify your Belgardin mains (1750+). These characters clear Normal for Specter's Shadow and Epic Bracers in October.
- Push a Hard subset to 1770. Those characters farm Hand of Death and sit ready for Vestiges Hard and Act 3 Extreme practice.
- Nightmare candidates at 1780. Only the characters you intend to finish Conquer Nightmare missions on need this push in October.
- Vestiges alts at 1730. Use them for Normal clear rewards if they will never hit 1770. Prefer Hard on any character that can clear it because Hard completes Normal too.
- Challenge Missions once on your best character. Eighteen roster-wide missions, three per boss, for gems and engraving recipes.

How this pairs with Act 3 Extreme farming
Players who already live in Kazeros Act 3 should treat October as a gear-slot month, not a vacation. Bracers are a new slot with their own honing curve. Every week you delay Belgardin clears is a week without Specter's Shadow or Hand of Death flowing into that slot. November Extreme and December Denouement Extreme will assume the best characters already finished that catch-up.
For a deeper look at Act 3 Extreme rewards and how the Extreme ladder has been structured earlier this year, keep our Lost Ark Act 3 Extreme Mordum rewards guide open while you plan gold characters. Part 4 does not replace that guide; it adds Belgardin and Vestiges on top of the Extreme calendar.

- Matching mode ship date for Belgardin
- Full Bracer honing rates, quality rules, and set interactions
- Full Act 3 Extreme and Denouement Extreme reward tables for this cycle
- Exact Extreme Event Shop inventory
- Precise Vestiges boss list and weekly unlock order beyond "one boss per week for six weeks"
Frequently Asked Questions
When does Belgardin release?
Roadmap Part 4 places Belgardin in October 2026, after the Belgardin Prelude. Smilegate has not published an exact calendar day in Part 4. Watch the October update notes for the live week.
What item level do I need for Belgardin?
Official floors are 1750 Normal, 1770 Hard, and 1780 Nightmare. Matching mode comes later, so early clears will rely on parties that already meet those floors.
How do I get Bracers?
Clear Belgardin to receive an Epic-grade Bracer. Upgrade using Specter's Shadow from Normal or Hand of Death from Hard and Nightmare. Those materials unlock higher grades and honing limits.
Is Vestiges of the End hard?
It is built to be approachable: no enrage timers and unlimited respawns. Hard still asks for ilvl 1770, but the learning rules are softer than a normal raid progression week.
Do Vestiges Challenge Missions reset per character?
No. Challenge Missions are roster-wide and only need to be completed once. There are 18 total (three per boss). Hard completion also counts for the matching Normal mission.
Does clearing Vestiges Hard give Normal rewards too?
Yes. Clearing Hard automatically completes Normal, so you receive both sets of per-character clear rewards.
What arrives in December?
Kazeros Raid Denouement Extreme and a 2026 winter skin. Part 4 frames Denouement Extreme as the year-end Extreme finale for the Kazeros storyline.
Should I buy the optional Vestiges packages?
Only if you want the extra tiered boxes. They are optional, per-account, and roster-bound. The free event already includes clear rewards and Challenge Missions.
