Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using AccountShark.

Agreement to Terms

This is a legal agreement between you (“the Customer”) and AccountShark. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any product or service on AccountShark (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services. It is your sole responsibility to review these terms periodically, as continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

1. Overview of Services

AccountShark operates as a premium marketplace and brokerage for digital goods and services related to online gaming. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, providing verification, support, and secure payment processing.

All services on the Platform are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Payments made to AccountShark are for our brokerage and facilitation services — no virtual goods or property are being sold to you directly by AccountShark.

AccountShark is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer.

2. Eligibility

To use AccountShark, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or placing an order
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe any of these conditions are not met.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may register an account on the Platform using supported authentication providers (e.g., Discord, Google). When you register, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not share your AccountShark account with any third party
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices listed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full listed price using a valid payment method you are authorized to use and to provide accurate billing information.

We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and wire transfer. Certain methods may require additional identity verification.

AccountShark reserves the right to cancel any order that fails our fraud screening, uses an unverified payment source, or otherwise raises security concerns. In such cases, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Delivery & Verification

Upon confirmed payment, we will deliver the purchased product or service through your AccountShark dashboard or via secure communication. Delivery times vary by listing type.

Post-delivery responsibility: Once delivery is completed, you are responsible for securing and maintaining your purchase. Any specific post-delivery steps will be communicated at the time of delivery.

All listings on our Platform are verified by our team prior to sale. However, we cannot guarantee the future state of any digital product, as third-party providers may independently take action at any time for reasons beyond our control.

6. Selling & Consignment

If you wish to sell through AccountShark, you agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the product or service being submitted
  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • You will cooperate with any verification steps we require
  • You agree to the fee structure and payout terms presented at the time of your submission

AccountShark reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet our standards, raises ownership concerns, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable for our marketplace.

7. Boosting & Account Services

AccountShark may offer or facilitate services where a third-party player logs into your gaming account and participates in gameplay on your behalf (e.g., boosting, carries, powerleveling, or similar services). By purchasing such a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You may be required to share your account credentials, including login and password. You do so willingly and knowingly, accepting all risks that come with sharing account access
  • AccountShark takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of your credentials and the proper completion of the service, but is not responsible for any actions taken against your account by the game publisher if the reason is related to the use of boosting services or account sharing
  • You remain solely responsible for recording and safekeeping all private information associated with your account in the event of any issues
  • AccountShark guarantees that the service will be performed as described, but makes no representations regarding the policies of game publishers concerning account sharing or boosting

AccountShark acts solely as a mediator and facilitator of these services. We do not influence the gameplay experience of other players and are completely neutral in our role as an external service provider. As such, AccountShark has no connection to or responsibility for the terms of use of any third-party gaming platform.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Certain transactions may require the sharing of sensitive information, including login credentials, between parties. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • You voluntarily choose to participate in these transactions and accept the inherent risks involved
  • If you are asked to share credentials as part of a service, you do so willingly and knowingly
  • AccountShark implements reasonable security measures to protect information during the transaction process, but cannot guarantee absolute security
  • You remain solely responsible for recording and safekeeping all private information related to your purchase
  • Third-party providers may take independent action that affects the product after delivery, which is outside our control

9. Intellectual Property

AccountShark makes no claim to the title or ownership of any virtual items, in-game assets, characters, currencies, or other digital products listed on or brokered through the Platform. All game content, screenshots, character art, game logos, trademarks, and related imagery displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective game publishers and developers (individually and collectively, the “Rights Holders”). AccountShark is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these Rights Holders.

Payments made through our Platform are for AccountShark's brokerage and facilitation services only— not for the virtual items or intellectual property themselves. AccountShark acts as a third-party intermediary and claims no title to any intellectual property held by Rights Holders. No intellectual property interests of Rights Holders are being transferred to you by AccountShark through any transaction.

AccountShark original content: The original website design, layout, software, original text, and AccountShark branding (including the AccountShark name and logo) are the property of AccountShark and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from AccountShark's original content without prior written consent. This does not extend to any third-party game content or imagery displayed on the Platform, which remains the property of its respective Rights Holders.

You wholly assume all risks and agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify AccountShark for any claims made by Rights Holders or others in relation to your transactions and use of Rights Holders' intellectual property.

10. Refunds, Warranties & Disputes

All sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed. For detailed information on when refunds may be issued, warranty coverage, and our buyback program, please refer to our dedicated policy pages:

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, you must contact our support team before pursuing any external remedy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AccountShark will void any applicable warranty coverage and may result in permanent suspension of your account.

11. Prohibited Conduct

When using AccountShark, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any transaction, registration, or communication
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems, fraud detection, or security measures
  • Use stolen payment methods, engage in chargebacks in bad faith, or participate in money laundering
  • List or sell products you do not own or are not authorized to sell
  • Attempt to reclaim or interfere with a product after it has been sold through our Platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse AccountShark staff or other users
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform without written permission
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action.

Spamming, making slanderous or threatening remarks, or engaging in abusive behavior toward AccountShark staff or other users is strictly prohibited. AccountShark reserves the right to reject any order and refuse to provide services without explanation at its sole discretion.

12. Code of Conduct

AccountShark maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward rudeness, hostility, or inappropriate behavior of any kind directed at AccountShark agents, representatives, staff members, or other users of the Platform. All interactions — whether conducted through our website, Discord server, direct messages, email, live chat, or any other communication channel used to contact or engage with AccountShark — are expected to remain respectful and professional at all times.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse, insults, profanity, or derogatory language directed at staff or other users
  • Threats of any kind, including threats of harm, legal intimidation used in bad faith, or threats to defame or damage AccountShark's reputation
  • Harassment, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact with staff or other users
  • Discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Spamming, flooding, or deliberately disrupting communication channels
  • Posting or sharing inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
  • Deliberately providing false information or making fraudulent claims to manipulate outcomes
  • Any other conduct that AccountShark, at its sole discretion, determines to be disruptive, harmful, or incompatible with a professional service environment

If AccountShark determines that your behavior is unfit, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of this Code of Conduct, you may be immediately and permanently removed from the Platform, banned from our Discord server, and prohibited from using all AccountShark services without prior notice or warning. Such determination is made at AccountShark's sole and absolute discretion and is not subject to appeal.

Any pending transactions, orders, or payouts may be suspended or cancelled in connection with a conduct violation. AccountShark is under no obligation to continue providing services to any individual whose behavior does not meet our standards of professionalism and mutual respect.

Scope of Communication: Communication with AccountShark agents and representatives is not personal in nature and is strictly limited in scope to the transaction you are conducting (buying, selling, or related support inquiries). Attempts to engage in conversation beyond the scope of your transaction may result in limited communication privileges or suspension from communication channels at our discretion.

Information Security: Soliciting, probing for, or attempting to extract sensitive information about AccountShark's operations, internal processes, other listings, other users, seller identities, pricing strategies, or any other proprietary or confidential information not intended for you is strictly prohibited. Any such attempts may result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from all AccountShark services.

13. Communications

By visiting or using AccountShark, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive electronic communications from us through various methods, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmations, delivery notifications, and transaction updates via email
  • Direct messages through Discord or other messaging platforms for coordination and support
  • Marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time through your account settings)

You agree that all information provided to AccountShark is truthful, factual, and complete, without any intentional alterations or omissions. Deliberate fabrication of information may result in order cancellation, account termination, and forfeiture of funds.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AccountShark makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, merchantability, or reliability of any product or service offered through our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccountShark shall not be liable for:

  • Any action taken by a game publisher or third-party provider against a product or account after delivery, including bans, suspensions, or content removal
  • Any action taken against your account as a result of boosting services, account sharing, or any other service facilitated through the Platform
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

In any event, our total liability for any claim related to a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific transaction.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AccountShark, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform or our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Any dispute between you and a third party regarding a product purchased or sold through AccountShark
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of AccountShark shall first be addressed through our internal support channels. You agree to contact us directly and allow a reasonable period (up to 30 days) to resolve the matter before pursuing any external remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted on a confidential basis. The arbitration shall be governed by applicable arbitration rules, and the decision rendered shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AccountShark. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.

17. Modifications to Terms

AccountShark reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms of Service and any site policies at any time, with or without prior notification. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

It is your sole responsibility to review these terms periodically and stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any applicable seller agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AccountShark regarding the use of our Platform.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. AccountShark may freely assign its rights and obligations.
