How does the referral program work?
You get a unique referral code (SHARK-XXXXX) in your account dashboard. Share it with friends — they enter it at signup or visit your referral link. When they complete their first order, you receive 500 points ($5) and they receive 200 points ($2). There's no limit on how many people you can refer.
What happens to my cashback if I get a refund?
If an order is refunded, the cashback points from that order are clawed back from your balance. However, your lifetime spend and VIP tier are never affected — your tier stays the same regardless of refunds.
Do I need to do anything to join?
