Every completed order earns a flat 1% of what you paid, as credit in your account. You don't need to opt in or claim anything. The part of an order you paid with credit you already had doesn't earn more credit.

When your order is complete — delivered and confirmed by you, or released after the confirmation window. Until then it isn't in your balance.

Apply it at checkout on a future order. On an account purchase it works with any payment method. On gold, boosts and services it works with our direct payment methods — Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, wire or crypto — but not card, Apple Pay or Google Pay yet. It goes toward what you pay rather than changing the price of what you are buying.

In your account, under Wallet. Your available credit is shown there.

Credit earned on a refunded order is taken back from your balance. If you'd already spent some of it, we take back what's left and write off the rest — your balance never goes below zero.
