How our storefront works, from browsing listings to taking delivery. If you're new, start here.
Browse our listings, select an account you like, and complete the purchase using your preferred payment method. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive the account credentials securely via Discord. Our team guides you through the transfer process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Yes. We're a full-service broker, so you never deal directly with sellers. We verify every account before listing, handle all payments, and manage the transfer. If the account isn't as described, our warranty covers it.

Most accounts are delivered within a few hours after payment clears. Manual payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, crypto) may take longer for confirmation. We coordinate the actual handover on Discord.
Yes. Use our Request Account form with the game, features you want (level, gear, achievements, etc.), and your budget. We'll source it from our seller network.
Most do. Each listing states whether original email access is included.
Login credentials, email access (where applicable), and everything on the account: items, achievements, skins, progress, linked platforms. Plus our 12-month warranty.
No. You can log in and play immediately. Use your own authenticator, use a stable home IP, and avoid anything that would violate the game's ToS (third-party tools, RMT, etc.) — the same rules that apply to any account.
Not necessary. A stable home IP looks more normal to publisher fraud systems than a datacenter VPN exit.
No. Publishers don't link accounts across ownership, and we never ask for your existing account details.
Every account we list is full access. You get the login email, password, and control over security settings, including the ability to change the email to one you own. We don't list rental, guest, or partial-access accounts.
Yes. Message us on Discord with the listing ID and what you'd like to see. We'll pull the seller's verified screenshots or arrange a fresh capture.
Yes. Checkout supports multi-item orders. For 3+ accounts, contact us on Discord or via the buyer request form for bundled pricing.
The seller removes their authenticator before handover. On your first login, bind your own authenticator app and change the registered email to one you control.

What the seller pipeline looks like: submitting a listing, verification, consignment tiers, and payout timing.
Create an account, then fill out the sell request form with details and screenshots. We verify ownership, list it, and pay you when it sells.
It varies. High-demand accounts can sell within hours; others take days or weeks. Competitive pricing and complete documentation speed things up.
No commission on consignment sales. You keep the full list price when your account sells. There are no listing fees either, so you only interact with us at payout.
Payouts are sent via PayPal as soon as your account sells.
Screenshots of your account (character screen, achievements, inventory), level/stats, notable items or achievements, and proof of ownership.
Yes. We may suggest adjustments based on current market rates, but you're never obligated to accept a lower price.
We review your screenshots, may request additional proof of ownership, and verify the account details match your submission.
Accounts are rejected if they have: active bans or suspensions, pending chargeback history with the publisher, shared ownership that can't be fully dissolved, stolen-account indicators, or verification failures during our intake review. Accounts from publishers we don't support, or accounts where the seller can't prove original creation, also won't make it to listing.
Yes. Remaining subscription time, pre-purchased expansions, store balance, and in-game currency are priced into the listing. Cancel any auto-renewing billing tied to your personal payment cards before handover.
Yes. Part of the handover is detaching all personal identifiers: phone number, authenticator, OAuth links (Discord/Twitch), recovery email, and any linked payment methods.
We absorb the chargeback risk. Once you've been paid for a verified, delivered account, that payment is yours. If a buyer initiates a fraudulent chargeback, we handle the dispute with the payment processor and escalate to their platform directly. The seller agreement protects against buyer-side payment fraud after confirmed delivery.
Once a buyer has paid and the account is in delivery, canceling damages your seller record and may trigger contractual penalties in the signed agreement. If something urgent comes up, reach out on Discord before the account is handed over. We handle these case-by-case, but repeat cancellations disqualify sellers from the platform.
Missing original credentials makes ownership harder to prove and may disqualify the listing. If you still have access to the account and the current email, submit anyway and we'll work through what can be verified.

Accepted payment methods, how pricing is set, and how refunds and store credit work on the platform.
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe, plus Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, bank wire, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC). Card payments have a small processing fee; most other methods are fee-free.
Credit/debit card and Cash App payments include a 5% processing fee. Zelle, Venmo, wire, and crypto are fee-free. Fees are shown at checkout.
Card payments go through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your card details.
For accounts over $500, we can sometimes arrange a payment plan. Contact us to discuss.
All prices are in USD. Your bank handles currency conversion for card payments; crypto is accepted at current market rates.
Every account purchase includes a 12-month warranty covering recalls initiated by the original owner, with tiered store-credit compensation (100% within 2 months, 50% at 2–6, 25% at 6–12). Gold and boost orders have separate delivery and completion guarantees. Full details on our warranty policy page.

No minimum for account sales: you receive the full agreed amount when your account sells. Affiliate commissions have a $50 minimum.
If a payment processor flags your transaction, we'll email you to verify identity (typically a photo of the payment card and a matching ID). Most reviews clear within a few hours.

We manually review each submission: ownership screenshots, login verification, and cross-referencing account details. We also check for bans, restrictions, and security flags before anything goes live.
Every purchase includes our 12-month warranty. If the account is recovered by the original owner during the warranty window, you receive tiered store-credit compensation.
Sellers provide full account information including original email access, security questions, and recovery details before a listing goes live. At transfer, we help the buyer reset those credentials to their own.
Your personal information is encrypted and never shared with third parties. We collect only what's needed to process transactions and provide support. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Change the password, enable 2FA with your own authenticator, switch the email to one you control, reset security questions, and remove any saved payment methods.
This is what our 12-month warranty exists for. If a recall is attempted, we contact the original seller directly using their verified ID and signed agreement. Most attempts are withdrawn within 48 hours. For the rare case where the recall succeeds, our compensation tiers pay out 100% (within 2 months), 50% (2–6), or 25% (6–12) in store credit. Extended warranty plans are available for high-value accounts beyond 12 months.
Every seller on our platform provides government-issued ID, purchase receipts or email chain continuity proving original creation, and signs a legal agreement specifying consequences for fraud. We don't accept anonymous listings. Behavioral screening also checks for recent suspicious access patterns that would indicate a stolen account, and those get paused before they ever hit the storefront.
Bans caused by your post-purchase behavior (botting, RMT, cheat use, exploits, sharing) are not covered, same as any warranty in the industry. Bans caused by prior issues we missed during vetting, or that trace directly back to the original seller's actions, are covered under warranty. The distinction is cause: who did the thing that triggered the ban.
Yes. Part of our intake review checks the account's history for publisher warnings, prior suspensions, behavioral flags, and linked-email activity that suggests RMT or botting. Accounts with any of those signals are rejected upfront, not listed and hoped for. The visible "clean" status is one of the things buyers are paying for.
Publishers log login IPs and device fingerprints for their own fraud systems. Your login from a stable home IP, using your own authenticator and email, is exactly what a long-term owner looks like. That's the goal. Bouncing between datacenter VPNs, rapidly switching countries, or using many devices in short order is what creates noise.
The seller removes their authenticator before handover. Your first login prompts for security setup, so bind your own authenticator app to your own device. For Blizzard specifically, the Authenticator is bound to the Battle.net account and can be re-bound to your phone. Steam Guard re-enrolls once you log in from a new device.
Seller IDs are kept while the seller's agreement is active plus the 12-month warranty window on their last sale. All stored documents are encrypted and deletable on verified request, subject to legal hold requirements.
Contact us on Discord with your order number as soon as possible. The earlier you report it, the easier recovery is.

Sometimes. If there's buyer interest for what you're selling, we can purchase outright for an immediate, guaranteed sale. Direct-buy offers vary by account and are generally below market value since we take on the inventory risk. Submit a sell request or reach out on Discord for a quote.
No. Browsing our storefront doesn't link to your in-game identity (you're not logged into any game when you're on our site), and payment information identifies the card, not the game account behind it. Publishers can't action a game account just because the person behind it visited a marketplace.
Yes. Our Boost and Gold categories are separate from account sales, available for most supported games including WoW Retail, WoW Classic variants, OSRS, FFXIV, Diablo 4, and more. Message us on Discord or email [email protected] with as much detail as possible: screenshots, the URL or listing ID, the Discord handle of the impersonator, any messages received. We investigate every report. Scammers impersonating us usually do it via DM; we never DM buyers first asking for payments or credentials.
Yes. Creators and community leaders earn 5–50% commission on boost, carry, and gold orders from their audience. 60-day cookie attribution, monthly payouts, $50 minimum. Read the full Affiliate Program details.
Yes. Submit a request or mention it on Discord. We add new games based on buyer demand and availability of verified sellers. Popular titles we've added via requests include Path of Exile 2 and several WoW Classic variants.
Important disclaimer
Account trading may violate the Terms of Service of some games. While enforcement is rare, there’s always a small risk that accounts could face action from game publishers. We recommend understanding these risks before buying or selling. AccountShark is not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers against traded accounts.
